Star Instruments
Star Instruments – also known as Dunellen Limited - was founded in 1965 when their factory in Dunmurry, Belfast began manufacturing pressure gauges and thermometers mainly for the industrial heating trade. The acquisition of Star Instruments in 1967 brought the addition of more sophisticated instruments tailored to the requirements of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’S) with the emphasis on design and quality. More than 45 years later, Star Instruments and Dunellen Limited - both synonymous with high quality precision instrumentation manufacture - continue their journey of providing customers with the best products to suit their individual needs.
New exciting changes continue to happen within both organisations. The Star Instruments logo has established itself as an instantly recognisable quality symbol of UK manufacture. The management teams of both companies continue to strive to perform at the highest levels of professionalism to satisfy customer’s demands, whilst an increased workforce constantly provides quality products in time to the marketplace, with the same commitments and traditions which have built both companies into their current strong financial positions.
